Dr. Tiffany N. Baker, Ed.D. is the Founder and CEO of InspirEDU® Design Co., a learning integration firm that helps organizations embed education into their business models to drive growth, clarity, and scale. She is the creator of the INSPIREDU® Integration Framework, a proprietary system used to transform expertise into structured learning ecosystems that increase engagement, retention, and long-term impact.

With nearly two decades of experience spanning education leadership, business strategy, and instructional design, Dr. Baker operates at the intersection of learning, leadership, and enterprise systems. She works with founders, executives, and organizations that are ready to move beyond one-off courses or training programs and instead build intentional, scalable learning infrastructures that support both revenue and results.

Dr. Baker holds a Doctorate in Education in Curriculum and Instruction, a Master’s in Higher Education Leadership, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Organizational Management—a rare combination that informs her ability to design learning as both a strategic asset and a business function. Her expertise includes learning ecosystem design, education-driven business models, blended and digital learning strategy, and executive-level facilitation.

Under her leadership, InspirEDU® Design Co. serves as both a consultancy and an intellectual property company, developing frameworks, programs, and systems that help organizations use learning to scale. Dr. Baker is also the founder of Love Embrace Inspire®, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to high-quality curriculum and educational environments for youth-serving organizations.
