Hi, I’m Dr. Tiffany N. Baker — or simply, Dr. Tiff.
I’ve spent the last two decades in education, designing learning experiences that help people grow, lead, and thrive — from classrooms to boardrooms.
My journey started in higher education, where I taught, coached, and built programs that helped students connect their learning to their purpose. Over the years, I realized something powerful: learning isn’t just for schools. It’s the secret ingredient behind every thriving business and inspired community.
That insight led me to create InspirEDU Design Co. — a digital learning and consulting studio where education meets business strategy. Through courses, coaching, and frameworks, I help entrepreneurs, small business owners, and organizations turn their expertise into engaging learning experiences that make a lasting impact.
But beyond the titles and degrees (yes, I hold a Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction, a Master’s in Higher Education Leadership, and a Bachelor’s in Business), I’m simply someone who loves seeing people light up when they finally “get it.”
