Dr. Tiffany N. Baker, Ed.D, is a learning systems strategist, designer, and business consultant dedicated to helping individuals and organizations integrate meaningful learning into how they operate. With over 20 years of experience in higher education and leadership, she specializes in designing learning experiences and learning systems that are strategic, scalable, and grounded in real-world application.
She holds a Doctorate in Education in Curriculum and Instruction, with research focused on optimizing student transition and retention, a Master’s degree in Higher Education with a concentration in Leadership in Student Success, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Organizational Management. Her interdisciplinary background allows her to bridge education, business strategy, and learner experience to drive both engagement and measurable outcomes.
As the founder of InspirEDU Design Co., Dr. Baker partners with entrepreneurs, small businesses, and organizations to transform their expertise into intentional learning ecosystems, supporting both internal team development and customer education. Her work focuses on embedding learning directly into business models, creating systems that not only share knowledge, but reinforce growth, performance, and long-term impact.
Through her signature INSPIREDU™ Integration Framework, Dr. Baker helps clients clarify their purpose, understand their learners, and design learning systems that are aligned, sustainable, and built to make a lasting difference.
She is also the founder of Love Embrace Inspire, Inc., a nonprofit organization committed to providing high-quality, intentional learning experiences for youth and community-based organizations. Through this work, she extends her passion for education beyond business, ensuring that learning remains accessible, empowering, and transformative across diverse communities.
In addition to her consulting work, Dr. Baker is a certified life coach, facilitator, and emerging thought leader in education integration for business.
